**GOAL: To review the findings of the quantitative data presented by Ken Meter and determine if it can be used (a) as
baseline data to understand the workings of the regional farm and food economy; (b) to unify the work of diverse
stakeholders who will be involved in strengthening local food systems, and (c) to outline the potential economic impact of
community-based food systems.
**OBJECTIVE: To meet collectively with area stakeholders to pinpoint common goals in supporting and strengthening the
N.E. Wisconsin local food economy and to explore the possibility of hosting a regional local food conference.
